We are seeking a Senior Game Designer to join the FC Mobile team. Reporting to the Game Design Director, you'll collaborate with a passionate team to develop a leading global football game. You will be responsible for designing new game features and enhancing existing experiences to align with the game's vision. We also provide support for work-life balance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and design game systems and manage related requirements.
  • Assist other designers in refining their designs.
  • Guide design direction during development, coordinating with programmers, artists, and QA testers.
  • Use data analysis and user feedback to propose game improvements and optimizations.
  • Write comprehensive game design documents using office software.

Qualifications

  • Passion for football with over a year of experience watching or playing football games.
  • Over 5 years of game design experience in the Chinese gaming industry.
  • Experience in developing and continuously operating at least one mobile game.
  • Creativity, analytical skills, and team spirit.
  • Excellent teamwork and work habits.
  • Proficiency in written English.
