Currently in its pre-opening phase, the hotel is set to open soon. Boasting an exceptional location, it offers immediate access to Subway Line 5 and is just a 15-minute drive from Hangzhou East Railway Station. Renowned attractions such as West Lake and Xixi Wetland Park are also within a convenient 30-minute drive, ensuring effortless exploration of the city's highlights. As a key component of a large-scale mixed-use development, the hotel is surrounded by a vibrant mix of retail, office, and residential spaces, offering guests a diverse and enriching urban experience.

We are looking for Director of Sales, we rely on you to:

  • Implement annual sales activity plan with measurable targets and expense budget to achieve budgeted revenues.
  • Develop strategies in securing or maintaining a preferred hotel status for global accounts.
  • Recommends contracted room rate structure including but not limited to corporate rates, wholesale rates, long stay rates, group rates, etc. ensuring maximum revenue generation.
  • Ensures compliance of the sales team with SLIM Delphi standards and integrity of database.
  • Be familiar with and use the sales & marketing software solutions i.e. Nexus, Meeting Broker, IDeaS in managing sales accounts and optimize all revenue opportunities.
  • Establishes sales targets, adjusts sales coverage and distributes accounts in accordance to each sales managers' strength and potential.
  • Maintains positive communication with Regional Sales Offices, National Sales Offices, WRC, other Shangri-La properties and SLIM.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Good English Communication Skill
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in the same position in international hotel
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Sales
