策略制定(包括市场洞见)与评估:根据公司整体目标制定地区整体销售策略,依据策略目标,定期跟进策略目标进度,根据风险、竞争环境及时调整销售策略
目标分解:制定所属地区整体销售目标(年度、季度、月度)
区域销售资源分配:基于公司目标及不同客户需求潜力,设计合理的销售资源分配计划
客户资源管理:协助下属客户经理开拓和拜访客户高层负责人,保持良好客户关系,发掘交叉销售机会;负责地区内政府关系、行业专家和其他合作伙伴的关系网络建设与维护,支持新业务模式推进
准入策略制定和产品入院推动:制定地区内非带量产品/新产品的准入策略,协助推动地区内产品组合及新产品的入院工作
经销商管理:结合地区市场特点,协助渠道部门制定新业务模式下经销商管理政策,包括已有经销商体系优化与新经销商开发
团队建设与绩效管理:搭建团队赋能体系,帮助团队培养新业务模式所需能力,评估并维护团队结构合理性,依据转型不同阶段,推进合理的绩效管理办法
