For over sixty years, Dover Motion has been collaborating closely with clients to develop precision stages and customized motion solutions, helping them achieve their goals in motion performance, cost-efficiency, and time-to-market.

Essentital Duties And Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end technical support for Dover Motion products, spanning the entire cycle from pre-sales technical presentation, product selection and solution evaluation to post-sales debugging and assistance.
• Alignment with the global team to ensure that customer customization requirements are accurately communicated to the overseas project team, thereby guaranteeing on-time project delivery.
• Assist customers with on-site product installation, API interface debugging, troubleshooting, quality issue tracking and follow-up to facilitate prompt internal resolution, as well as test report preparation.
• Develop technical documentation (e.g., debugging instructions) and produce marketing materials including video tutorials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on independent experience in relevant electrical engineering projects.
• Proficient in the installation, debugging, and troubleshooting of linear motors; experience in mechanical design is preferred.
• Experience with 2D drafting using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Experience in 3D modeling and drafting using SolidWorks.
• Experience with (.NET, C++, or Python) ,electrical design software is a plus.
• Working knowledge of driver commissioning.
• Excellent communication and rapid problem-solving skills.
• Business-level English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
