We are supporting a confidential CoE appointment for a Talent Acquisition Director with a leading global CPG company for its Asia zone.
This group-level role leads end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across the region, spanning executive and senior hiring, experienced recruitment, management trainee and campus programmes, as well as employer branding and social media. The mandate is both strategic and operational — setting standards, shaping capability, and partnering closely with business leadership across markets.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in multi-market TA leadership, deep exposure to executive hiring, and a proven ability to operate effectively within complex, matrixed organisations.
