Senior Recruitment Center of Midea Group Headquarters
, this position serves the group's strategic talent layout. While Midea boasts a worldwide office network, our current hiring drive prioritizes candidates who can be based in our two pivotal hubs:
Shunde, Guangdong (Group Headquarters)
and
Shanghai (Innovation Park)
.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Conduct in-depth industry research, talent mapping, and executive search for the group and its various business divisions, aligning talent recruitment with core business objectives.
  2. Analyze industry development trends to formulate forward-looking talent acquisition strategies, and closely monitor business dynamics and key talent movements of target enterprises.
  3. Continuously optimize recruitment efficiency, refine and institutionalize recruitment methodologies, and provide professional empowerment to business units and the group-wide recruitment team.
  4. Leverage recruitment data analytics to identify potential organizational issues and deliver innovative, targeted solutions.

Qualifications We Seek

  1. Integrity, a strong sense of ethics, and positive core values.
  2. 5+ years of hands-on recruitment management experience
    , with a focused track record in the intelligent manufacturing upgrade field of the heavy industry sector, and proven expertise in end-to-end management of mid-to-senior level talent acquisition.
  3. Exceptional recruitment professionalism, outstanding communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong business analysis capabilities. Ability to coordinate cross-functional resources to solve problems efficiently.
  4. Passionate about talent acquisition, with a collaborative mindset and excellent team spirit.
