Your Role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator Program gives you the opportunity to have a large impact on our firm's growth, as you learn to identify and select our largest asset: our people. While there is no typical day on the team, you'll have exposure to a variety of areas, including: 

Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador for our firm and be the first point of contact to help thousands of candidates understand why AlphaSights is a great place to work; manage candidate communications and help guide them through the interview process from application to hire; proactively sells the AlphaSights vision and value proposition to candidates; demonstrates a candidate first mentality at all timesPipeline Generation: Responsible for generating and managing a high quality and active pipeline of candidates; proactively source candidates by leveraging different channels (e.g. Linkedin, liepin, Boss Zhipin); use creative approaches to outreach and engage with high potential candidates with the goal of converting them into hiresCandidate Evaluation: Responsible for screening resumes, reviewing preliminary test results, and conducting phone and over time, conducting first round interviewsCoordination & Operations: Manage candidate pipeline in a timely and efficient manner including scheduling interviews and responding to candidates' enquiries; managing & updating job postings accurately;preparing the offer letters & employment contracts; populating onboarding information and related trackersCampus Recruitment: Work alongside the Manager/ Senior Recruiter to manage our campus recruiting logistics, organize events, ship materials, book travel, and troubleshoot real-time issues; support the team on developing and executing talent attraction and employer branding activities such as marketing campaigns, in-office events etc.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership0+ years of experience (additional experience in talent sourcing or recruiting is a plus)Fluent English and Mandarin required, any additional Asian language(s) would be an advantage
