Job Description:

As a Talent Acquisition for our team, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent to help us grow and scale our business.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.

  • Developing and executing creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.

  • Conducting initial screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Managing the candidate experience, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and extending job offers.

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, payroll, and performance management.

  • Closely working with teams internationally.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talents - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Passion for the startup industry and a desire to make an impact.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR compliance requirements.

  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders and work under pressure.
