  • Focus on all aspects in MEP issue in project delivery, including design, installation, testing, commissioning and handover. Deliver the best possible outcome for our client's. 关注项目中的所有机电事项,包括设计、安装、测试、调试和移交。为客户实现***可能成果。

  • Provide MEP support and assessment to lead Project Manager of projects 为项目经理领导提供有关机电的支持和评估
  • Be able to evaluate the lifecycle cost for MEP equipment selection 可以在机电设备选型时,评估全生命周期成本
  • Manage MEP design quality provided by designer 管理设计师提供的机电设计质量
  • Establish MEP inspection check list and protocol 建立机电检查核对表和草案
  • Develop the testing and commissioning (T&C) strategy. Review and approve T&C plan 制定测试与调试战略。检查和批准测试与调试计划。
  • Prepare technical document for tendering 为招标准备技术文件
  • Coordinate with cost manage to review and conduct VE for MEP design 与成本经理合作,检查和管理机电设计变更

  • Bachelor's degree. Major in electrical engineering or project management 本科以上学历,电气工程或项目管理专业。
  • 8+ years experiences in project management for commercial & office projects 8年以上商业或办公楼项目的项目管理经验
  • Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation 熟悉国际和中国的规范和法规
  • Be able to multitask and manage priorities 能处理多事项并管理优先性
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 优秀的组织能力和关注细节
  • Has on-site experience 有现场工作经验
