角色职责:
  • 负责热泵等各类热泵产品的系统方案设计,涵盖热力系统、结构布局以及压缩机、换热器等关键部件的参数选型与匹配;同时编制产品结构图纸、IOM等技术文件,输出 BOM 表.
  • 收集市场反馈和产品运营数据,针对性地对现有热泵产品做技术改进,比如提升能效、解决质量缺陷,同时推进产品降本工作,通过优化设计和工艺等方式降低生产成本 .
  • 制定样机测试计划并参与测试工作,整理分析测试数据;确保产品符合国内外热泵行业安全、能效等相关标准和法规,同时协助完成产品认证所需的技术资料准备 .
  • 制定新产品研发计划并推进实施,对接内外部团队与供应商,监管产品开发全流程,确保项目按时交付;此外还需负责新产品上市推广相关的技术支持,以及产品全生命周期的技术管控 .
角色 目的:
  • 研发出契合用户需求与行业趋势的热泵产品,提升产品在市场中的竞争力。
  • 保障热泵产品在性能、质量、安全等方面达标,通过技术优化实现产品降本增效.
  • 推动热泵产品技术迭代升级,积累技术成果与专利,完善产品体系,支撑企业在新能源领域的长期稳定发展 .
最低要求:
  • 本科及以上学历,暖通行业5年以上,专业需对口,优先考虑热能与暖通空调、制冷工程、机械等相关专业
  • 需掌握热泵、制冷相关的基础理论知识,了解热泵产品的基本原理和开发流程;能熟练使用 AutoCAD & Proe 等设计软件
  • 沟通协调能力强,能对接团队及相关部门;拥有较好的问题解决能力,对产品数据和技术细节有比较高敏感度
