- Excellent Quality System Leadership to develop, implement, and maintain ISO-compliant Quality Management Systems for customized engineering Powder Coating Projects.
- Lead and drive the team to define quality plans, inspection protocols, and test criteria for mechanical fabrication (sheet metal/welding), electrical assembly, and automation integration phases.
- Project Quality Assurance for act as the primary quality authority throughout project lifecycles (design to commissioning).
- Conduct DFMEA/PFMEA reviews, oversee control plans, and validate process capability for critical parameters.
- Perform audits of internal processes and suppliers' side. Deliver supplier assessment in a regular bases and assign corrective actions accordingly.
- Excellent Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis capability. Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain) in rapid resolution of complex quality issues using DMAIC/PDCA methodologies. Apply advanced root cause analysis (e.g., 8D, Fishbone, 5Why) to non-conformances in structural integrity, electrical safety, or automation functionality.
- Strong capability for utilizing Six Sigma tools (SPC, MSA, DOE, Hypothesis Testing) to reduce process variation and eliminate defects.
- Champion cost-saving and reliability-enhancing initiatives across manufacturing and commissioning stages.
- Manage customer quality expectations, lead site acceptance tests (SAT), and resolve field quality escalations.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven Quality Supervisor to lead Quality Excellence in our project-based Powder Coating equipment systems. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards across sheet metal fabrication, welding, electrical installation, and automation commissioning processes. The role requires strong team leadship and ability to deploy Six Sigma methodologies and robust problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement, mitigate risks, and deliver flawless customer solutions.
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

Education And Experience Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
- At least 5 years relative quality assurance experience.
- Proven team leadership with direct/dotted-line reports.
- Hands-on exposure to sheet metal fabrication, welding and electrical panel building.
Preferred Skills And Abilities
- Knowledge and experience with Powder painting products and mechanical parts as plus.
- Good knowledge of quality tools of Six-sigma: FMEA, DoE and etc. Green Belt certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated Leadership skills in managing a group, problem solving, planning, influencing & interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and oral communications. Good presentation skills.
- Proactive, initiative and self motivated; passion for work and commitment.
- Good command of English both in writing and speaking is a must.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
8.00 AM to 4.30 PM, Monday to Friday
