Internal Sales Representative, Emporium Partners, Profile:
Emporium Partners is a global company focused on delivering supply chain services to the electronics manufacturing and industry.
Our services enable businesses to operate more effectively, and we have an extensive network of clients and vendors. We are currently seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join our team of electronic components sales.
To strengthen our global sales, we are recruiting an Account Manager to join our team of professionals in Shenzhen, Hong Kong or remote locations.
As Emporium Partners new Sales Representative you are responsible for, together with the rest of the sales team, to meet the sales target and will help to achieve our vision and long-term goals.
You will work independently with your own sales budget, and your main task will be to sell our electronic components worldwide. The job involves qualification of customers, canvas/cold calling, meetings etc., where you must uncover customer needs and present products to benefit your customer. In addition, you must work to ensure positive and long-term relationships with your customers.
You will also be responsible for analysing local markets for new business opportunities, and you will plan, execute and follow up. It is essential that you thrive in a busy environment that is highly result driven and that you take great responsibility to achieve your goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities by proactively engaging with prospective clients in the semiconductor and electronics industries.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, distributors, and end customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals in line with company targets.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to effectively position our company's products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics, operations, and technical support, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and expand your knowledge of the semiconductor market.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and sales forecasts in the company's CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Ideal candidate profile.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and training sessions.
- Strong phone presence and ability to make outbound sales calls.
