Position Title:Strategic Key Account Regional Management Director
Job Purpose:
This role will be responsible for leading strategic execution for Top retail strategic key accounts business in regions and enabling business growth to achieve leading position in the market. S/he will drive the development of business & organization transitions and make changes as needed, inspire the team to seek growth opportunities and new possibilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies and annual JBP for Top key accounts channel.
- Lead strategic key account regional teams to drive target breakdown, execution, and performance achievements.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with strategic key account pharmacy chains and regional retailers to enhance brand visibility and sell-through.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and channel enablement.
- Monitor sales data and market trends to optimize channel strategies and resource allocations.
- Build a high-performing team, responsible for talent development, motivation system, and winning culture.
- Participate in Retail strategic planning and provide forward-looking insights for retail business growth.
- Handle key account relationships and crisis management to protect brand reputation and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Proficiency at Chinese writing and speaking
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical or health supplement sales, with at least 5 years in retail channel management.
- Deep understanding of China's pharmaceutical retail landscape, with proven experience in pharmacy chain collaboration.
- Strong strategic thinking, data analysis, and sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with resilience under pressure.
- Strong leadership with ability to manage a dynamic team of individuals.
- Personal integrity, credibility and constructive openness.
- Experience in multinational health brands or large pharmaceutical companies is preferred.
