Key Accountabilities
- Achieving the goal being set-up including client prospecting, marketing plan, new client acquisition and revenue generating
- To monitor and manage new and existing account relationship to optimize return
- To actively cross sell and promote products and services of the Bank
- Ensure the accuracy of the facility's regulatory administration and legal documentation, prepared for the purpose of ensuring bank exposure to client is legitimate and enforceable
- To ensure risk KPIs are met
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop high-growth medium-sized POEs across AI, healthcare, robotics, new consumer products, intelligent manufacturing and new energy; tailoring financial solutions to meet diverse client needs and foster long-term partnerships
- Develop marketing plan, call on Sci-tech customers, negotiate and structure new deals
- Maximize return from the relationship profile by cross selling and promoting the products and services of the Bank
- Evaluate and assess additional exposure to new relationships as well as existing relationships. Monitor the continuing risk and conduct reviews
- Perform timely facility documentation and administration, ensuring adherence to prevailing laws and banking regulations. Servicing customers and attending to their banking requirements
- Manage and ensure risk of the business is within tolerable level especially NPL risk
Experience
- At least 5 years' experience in relationship management in relation to Sci-tech filed
- Market intelligence to world and good risk assessment skills
- Sound bank products & industry knowledge
- Familiar with China policies and regulations
- Experience in cross-selling investment banking products
Education / Preferred Qualifications
- University graduate, major in either Banking, Finance is preferred
