Job Description:

Responsibility:

  • 负责指定区域的销售组织和客户管理。
  • 管理销售活动,发展销售团队,确保为所有客户都能提供最高水平的服务。
  • 通过领导能力的发挥,以达到或超过公司的短期和长期目标。
  • 控制销售部门的预算,实现业务回报最大化。
  • 发掘新的业务发展机会,协调市场和其他相关部门等。
  • 掌握BW工作所需的基本的专业知识和产品知识
  • 区域学习的理论知识和简单跟台场景的知识和技能应用
  • 将基本的专业知识和产品知识应用到实际工作场景,提升学员在阵发性房颤、RVOT PVC和AFL的跟台实践和客户沟通能力。
  • 精通阵发性房颤跟台、产品及客户沟通能力掌握室早和典型房扑的跟台
