核心职责

  1. 销售策略与执行:
    制定并执行中国区销售策略,开拓 SaaS产品的新客户,完成年度销售指标;
  2. 团队搭建与管理:
    负责销售团队的招聘、培训、绩效管理与梯队建设,建立标准化销售流程与方法论;
  3. 客户需求挖掘:
    深度挖掘客户痛点,结合产品优势提供解决方案,促成商机到赢单的达成;
  4. 客户关系管理:
    维护核心客户关系,提升客户生命周期价值,建立长期战略合作;
  5. 跨部门协作:
    与产品、市场团队紧密协作,反馈客户需求,参与行业案例打造与市场活动策划;
  6. 销售数据分析:
    监控销售数据,分析市场趋势,优化销售策略和资源分配。

职位要求

  1. 具备8年以上企业级SaaS产品销售经验,其中至少3年以上团队管理经验,有销售团队从0到1搭建或重组经验者优先;
  2. 熟悉中国跨境生态 或 订阅SaaS 商业模式,具备丰富的客户资源与渠道拓展能力,有成功开拓新市场的案例;
  3. 出色的团队领导与人才培养能力,能够建立高效的销售团队和协作机制;
  4. 优秀的沟通表达与谈判能力,能独立应对高层客户并推动复杂项目落地;
  5. 自驱力强,能适应快节奏环境,目标感明确,具备在团队重建期带领团队快速成长的能力。

Role Overview
As the Sales Director/VP of the company's SaaS products, you will lead the team responsible for customer acquisition, team building, and revenue growth in the China market. By deeply understanding merchant needs, you will promote our AI-driven SaaS solutions to enterprise clients while taking on the responsibility of building, training, and managing the sales team to help the company achieve its business goals.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
    Formulate and execute sales strategies for the China region, develop new customers for SaaS products, and complete annual sales targets.
  2. Team Building & Management:
    Responsible for the recruitment, training, performance management, and talent pipeline construction of the sales team; establish standardized sales processes and methodologies.
  3. Customer Need Identification:
    Deeply explore customer pain points and provide solutions combined with product advantages to drive deals from opportunity to closing.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:
    Maintain core client relationships, enhance Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
  5. Cross-departmental Collaboration:
    Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams, provide feedback on customer needs, and participate in industry case study creation and marketing event planning.
  6. Sales Data Analysis:
    Monitor sales data, analyze market trends, and optimize sales strategies and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  1. 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS product sales, with at least 3 years of team management experience; experience in building or restructuring sales teams from 0 to 1 is preferred.
  2. Familiar with the China cross-border ecosystem or subscription SaaS business models; possess rich customer resources and channel expansion capabilities, with successful cases of developing new markets.
  3. Excellent team leadership and talent cultivation skills, with the ability to establish high-efficiency sales teams and collaboration mechanisms.
  4. Outstanding communication, expression, and negotiation skills; able to independently engage with high-level clients and drive the implementation of complex projects.
  5. Strong self-motivation, adaptable to fast-paced environments, clear sense of purpose, and the ability to lead the team to rapid growth during the team reconstruction period.
