该职位来源于猎聘 Main tasks:

  • Support the implementation of APAC pricing recommendations & APAC price index list
  • Support in completing and maintaining the APAC pricing recommendations for all the APAC countries
  • Analysing current pricing processes in all APAC countries and identify ways on how we can optimize the pricing processes with the recommendations and APAC index lists
  • Assist in developing Key Account recommendations and in implementing quick quoting through the APAC price index list
  • Consult APAC sales companies and key accounts through creating pricing analysis and pricing optimization models
  • Develop historical and sensitivity analysis to enable pricing optimization models to support different sales companies & the key account organization in APAC
  • Understand and map APAC sales companies pricing processes, analyse and optimise for the most effective ones
  • Provide support for Ad-hoc pricing analysis from APAC sales companies & key account organization
  • Monitor the implementation of the APAC pricing recommendation & APAC price index list, support with improving the processes put in place
  • Setup a monitoring to track our performance from our pricing recommendations for sales companies and key accounts
  • Analyse the performance of the pricing recommendations and develop recommendations to improve our pricing recommendations
  • Support with ad-hoc requests to our pricing recommendations and support quoting for APAC sales companies & the key account organization Requirements: Personal requirements:
  • Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis
  • Ability to handle large amounts of data in Excel and SAP.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerBI, SAP,
  • Knowledge of Tableau, SQL, and programming languages (ex: Java/Python, SAS) beneficial
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to take on challenges and learn from failures
  • Fluent in English, any other Asian languages a plus
  • High motivation, maturity, endless curiosity and personal initiative Professional competencies:
  • Bachelor or master's in mathematics / computer science beneficial, especially with knowledge on Optimization Modeling and Game Theory
  • Previous experience in developing pricing analysis and implementing pricing models
  • Broad understanding of key business functions, such as operations, finance, HR and IT General characteristics and if applicable leadership qualities:
