Our client, a globally renowned consumer electronics brand, is looking for a
Senior Business Finance Manager
to join their Shanghai team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong
e-commerce finance business partnering experience
, ideally gained within the
FMCG
or related fast-paced consumer sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Business Partnering & Commercial Insights

  • Act as trusted Finance advisor to Sales and Channel teams, driving strategy, financial planning, ROI evaluation, and performance optimization.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting and dashboards (P&L, channel profitability, trade spend efficiency) using advanced analytics and visualization tools.
  • Provide in-depth analysis to support major promotions, customer programs, and e-commerce initiatives.

Revenue Growth Management Leadership

  • Lead the revenue management agenda, covering pricing strategy, pack-price architecture, trade terms, promotion ROI, and portfolio mix optimization.
  • Design and execute initiatives that achieve regional volume, revenue, and margin targets.
  • Build organizational capability through best-practice sharing, training, and embedding robust RGM disciplines.

Governance, Compliance & Process Excellence

  • Ensure rigorous financial controls over trade investments, discounts, and commercial spend, maintaining full compliance and audit readiness.
  • Drive adoption and localization of global revenue management frameworks and tools.
  • Continuously upskill Finance and Sales teams on RGM methodologies, systems, and controls.
