Where You'll Make a Difference

  • The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify, map, and implement improvements across key workstreams: warehousing, air, marine, and road transportation.
  • Engage and ideate with local sites to map the current state to translate the current processes into optimal solutions with a focus on value creation to deliver benefits for IFF
  • Help translate business requirements, manage scope and complexity, drive testing sign-off, etc.
  • Develop and implement business processes and systems that close gaps in current ways of working and deliver a higher level of service at a reduced cost
  • Lead workstream projects and use project management skills to structure, describe, and present complex issues/solutions
  • Work with technical teams to design and support a TMS solution
  • Optimize warehouse footprint and implement digital and automated solutions
  • Provide functional and technical perspectives to the core workstream
  • Develop workflows, troubleshoot issues, and train super users/end users on updated business processes and system usage

What Makes You The Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
  • At least 6 years' experience in Logistics related work
  • Project management experience
  • Proficient EDI & ERP knowledge
  • Excellent communication and planning skills
  • Fluent business English communication skills
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholders in a multi-functional environment

How Would You Stand Out?

  • 5 years of experience leading complex SAP/TMS engagements/WMS implementations is preferred
  • Experience with 3PL and 4PL providers
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
