Duties & Responsibilities

Manage daily production operations for optical components. #Implement yield improvement initiatives and contribute to efficiency improvement. #Lead and oversee 200+ DLs (Direct Laborers) on the work floor. #Maintain focus on health and safety compliance. #Adherence to the company's core values (ICARE).

Qualification & Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher. #English proficiency (written & verbal communication). #5+ years of production management experience in manufacturing environments. #Knowledge of optical component fabrication processes is preferred.
