*Purpose and Mission*

• Promote the new technology innovation and support/ drive core expertise in C&B doamin.
• Manage the project cluster/ project to continuously improve cost and quality leadership.
• Integrating intelligence and automation technology with C&B domain to strengthen intelligent bunching machine and realize fit for use automation.

*Key Activities and Responsibilities*

• Promote technological innovation in relevant fields
• In-depth study of theoretical knowledge in related technical fields, and deepen the cognitive level of core areas continuously;
• Keep a close eye on external technology development trends through literature reading, patent search, and participation in related technical exchanges;
• Based on company's strategic focused area, generate new ideas, and complete feasibility study by organizing internal and external resources.
• Be responsible for new technology development project
• Complete business case validation of project based on technical feasibility report;
• Participate in formulating project goals/scopes, working out project plans, coordinating resources to promote project implementation, organizing project management meetings, and reporting project progress and risks regularly;
• After the closure of project, support relevant departments to promote industrialization of project and provide continuous technical support.
• Explore automation applications in C&B together with IT and core expertise teams
• Keep an eye on most advanced intelligence/ automation technology and integrate with cabling & bunching application scenario;
• V alidate intelligence / automation solution together with core expertise team for possible applications in cabling & bunching;
• Work out business case and project plans, deploy them on lines together with IT team and standardize the procedures/WoW, to strengthen intelligent bunching machine and achieve fit for use automation.

Skills

• Master degree and above, major in Mechanics, Electrical, Automation, Material etc.
• Preference will be given to candidates with programming experience or foundational knowledge.
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Strong communication and presentation skill
• Strong learning and innovation capability
• Good project management skills, PMP is preferred
