Play a critical role in shaping Guidepoint's client service excellence.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead client strategy, oversee project execution, and drive account growth for some of our most valued clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, has a strong business mindset, and enjoys developing both people and partnerships.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

• Lead and grow strategic client accounts by serving as a trusted advisor, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.

• Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers and Associates to achieve outstanding client satisfaction and project turnaround metrics.

• Drive revenue growth by proactively expanding user engagement, converting trials into long-term clients, and promoting Guidepoint's full suite of services.

• Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Vertical Directors, and global teams to optimize client experience and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Strategic Client & Project Management

• Serve as the senior point of contact for high-value client relationships, ensuring service quality, responsiveness, and long-term engagement.

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously across sectors, coordinating execution through your team while maintaining accountability for outcomes.

• Oversee project scoping, delivery timelines, and Advisor quality control to ensure successful completion within agreed parameters.

• Conduct regular account reviews and performance analyses with internal teams and clients to identify usage trends, client pain points, and growth opportunities.

• Partner with the Business Development team to align account strategy with commercial goals and provide insights to strengthen renewal and upsell discussions.

• Proactively manage client issues, ensuring swift resolution and continuous improvement of client satisfaction.

Leadership & People Development

• Coach, mentor, and develop Project Managers and Associates to build a high-performing team.

• Provide training and guidance on best practices in project execution, client management, and Advisor engagement.

• Evaluate team performance, identify skill gaps, and drive individual growth through structured feedback and development planning.

• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members, sharing best practices and Guidepoint culture.

Business Growth & Collaboration

• Develop and execute account plans to deepen client relationships and maximize account potential.

• Collaborate with Sales and Client Growth teams to identify new opportunities, including upsells, cross-sells, and reactivations of inactive users.

• Promote Guidepoint's full product offerings — including surveys, teleconferences, and custom research — to enhance client engagement.

• Represent Client Service in regional and global initiatives to enhance cross-office collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure adherence to all client-specific and internal compliance protocols.

• Screen for compliance "red flags" and escalate to Legal Counsel where appropriate.

• Uphold Guidepoint's quality standards by monitoring Advisor rates, call quality, and client feedback across all projects.

WHAT YOU'LL HAVE

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance; advanced degree preferred

• 5–8 years of experience in consulting, strategic analysis, client service, or research project management, ideally within professional services or the Expert Network industry

• Proven track record in managing key accounts and delivering measurable client growth

• Experience leading a team with demonstrated success in mentoring and developing others

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin

• Strong commercial acumen and client relationship management skills

• Exceptional project management capability with attention to quality and efficiency

• Proactive, analytical, and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure

• High level of ownership and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
