Job Description
- Develop and implement national sales strategies for special channels, including airline catering, hotels, private clubs, and other premium segments, ensuring annual targets are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in airline catering and high-end channels to drive brand visibility and market share.
- Lead and manage the national sales team, providing training, performance management, and talent development to build a high-performing organization.
- Analyze market trends, design pricing strategies and promotional plans, and optimize channel structure across regions.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in coffee, beverage, wine & spirits, or premium FMCG sales, with at least 3 years in nationwide channel management.
- Strong knowledge of airline catering and premium channel operations; existing client network is a plus.
- Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills; results-driven and highly adaptable.
- Willingness to travel extensively across China.
