We are seeking a talented Senior Container to join our Container Management Thin Film department at ZJG site. This role will focus on leading the following main initiatives:
The Container BCP project, which involves developing alternative sources for containers and valves.
Designing new containers/vessels that deliveries precursor chemicals to the wafer.
Help for FA analysis of customer's complain.
Location: this role will be based in ZJG site, CN, and cooperation with other sites CQI team. It will primarily support the China market.
 
Your Role:
Container Design: Design, develop, and modify containers/vessels that deliveries precursor chemicals to the wafer using 3D modeling software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and CFD simulation software.
New Product Development: Lead the development of new container products from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Project Management: Lead or actively participate in cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, cost efficiency, and quality standards are met.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improvement in container manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to internal and external customers, ensuring containers meet customer requirements.
Documentation: Prepare technical documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and detailed project reports.
Collaboration: Coordinate closely with multiple teams, including sales, OEM, vendors, project managers, process engineers, production teams, and quality assurance personnel, to ensure optimal product performance and quality.
Experimental Design: Design and conduct hands-on experiments to develop new products or enhance existing ones, while analyzing data and interpreting results independently.
Research and Development: Conduct independent research for papers or patents. Prepare and present research findings, reports, and publications to internal and external stakeholders.
Intellectual Property: Contribute to the development of intellectual property and assist in preparing patent applications as needed.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all laboratory activities.
 
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, science, or a related technical discipline (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
Experience: 3+ years of industry experience in areas such as container design and development, container (cylinder or canister) engineering, 3D modeling software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), CFD simulation software, and FEA, or related mechanical design, particularly within the semiconductor manufacturing or chemical industries.
Project Management: Strong project management skills, capable of managing complex multi-phased projects, including scope, schedule, and cost management.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English preferred.
 Research and Development: Experience in conducting independent research, including designing experiments and analyzing data.
Intellectual Property: Familiarity with intellectual property development and patent applications.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the semiconductor industry or semiconductor materials industry, with an understanding of semiconductor customers' needs for material/container quality and reliability.
Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail, coupled with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, both oral and written.
