  • Cover 2 legal entities with 2 ERF systems , including all accounting areas
  • Set up comprehensive and robust control in routine accounting activities and take the lead to do the flux analysis in OPEX/COGS with the detail analysis and insights
  • Make the proposal or solution for non-routine and new activities independently and leverage the practice cross platform entities
  • Enhance the internal control systems, develop and implement internal control policies & procedures. Recommend, supervise and improve the systems of financial and accounting controls and procedures in various business units in China.
  • Enhance inventory and fixed asset management and implement internal control policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and Identify correct invoices for posting and ensure all invoices are properly approved in accordance with company's policy and DOA.
  • Ensure that invoices and/or employee expense claims are posted in ERP timely and accurately.
  • Supervise all domestic and oversea intercompany and DHR intracompany payment transactions.
  • Ensure that payments are accurately and completely arranged.
  • Identify and resolve payment issues where possible; and escalate to AP manager if required
  • Handle ad-hoc payment timely and ensure payment process are compliance of company and group policy such as urgent payment and vendor down-payment
  • Reconcile and analyze general accounts and financial report related to AP & Accrual accounts
  • Responsible for dealing with capital expenditure and run wrapper request
  • Supervise accountant team for day-to-day accounting and payment activities,  payment controls, and regulatory cash planning in support of company's business operation in various business units in China.
  • Understand and comply with local PRC statutory accounting and global financial policies & procedures.  Ensure the company operations are in compliance with PRC government regulations and laws
  • Cooperate with internal auditors and external auditors for quality, internal control, and annual report and tax audits.  Manage and maintain relationship with business partners and counter-parties, bankers, auditors , regulators and professional advisors
  • Manage local statutory reports, group financial reports and management reports
  • Proactively identify, rectify and follow-up errors and causes of errors and resolve complex or critical process issues
  • Coordinate accounting management of various business units in China
  • Leads training and guidance of accounting staff
  • Ad hoc special project as assigned by the supervisor.
