  • 负责与日本客户进行日常沟通,准确理解客户需求,并将相关信息及时、准确地传达给销售团队及相关部门。 2. 协助销售团队处理订单,包括订单的录入、跟进订单执行情况,确保订单按时、按质完成,并及时向客户反馈订单进展。 3. 协调内部资源,解决销售过程中出现的问题,如产品交付延迟、质量问题等,确保客户满意度。 4. 收集、整理日本市场的销售数据和信息,包括客户反馈、竞争对手动态等,为销售策略的制定和调整提供数据支持。 5. 参与销售项目的策划和执行,协助制定针对日本市场的销售方案和推广活动,促进产品销售。 6. 负责与日本客户进行对账和结算工作,确保账目清晰、准确,及时跟进款项回收。 7. 维护与日本客户的良好关系,定期回访客户,了解客户需求变化,挖掘潜在业务机会。 6. 对销售工作有浓厚的兴趣,有相关销售实习经验或参与过销售项目者优先。 7. 熟练使用办公软件,如Word、Excel、PowerPoint等,具备良好的数据整理和分析能力。
  • 大专及以上在读学生,专业不限,但日语相关专业优先。 2. 具备基本的日语听说读写能力,能够流利进行日常的商务沟通,有日语能力测试证书者优先。 3. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神,能够与内部各部门有效协作,共同完成销售任务。 4. 具备较强的学习能力和问题解决能力,能够快速掌握产品知识和销售流程,及时解决销售过程中出现的问题。
