岗位职责:
1、负责客户端抱怨,现场解决客诉问题,提供8D报告;
2、负责向内部传递客诉问题,组织相关部门分析改善,并追踪改善效果;
3、负责客退品的分析处理及数据统计;
4、负责内部产品和过程审核;
5、负责处理OQC检验质量问题的分析和解决不合格品、可疑品;
6、完成周、月报,定期向领导汇报;
任职要求:
1、至少3年以上电子行业同岗位工作经验,熟悉PCBA生产制程,具有SMT行业相关质量管理经验者优先;
2、熟悉各类质量分析工具(8D、QC7、5why等),具有主导会议、解决问题的能力;
3、具有较强的团队意识、良好的沟通能力、较强的抗压能力;
