根据产品定义、工艺标准、客户或研发要求,为新的和现有的浴霸产品建立和更新组装说明、工艺、工装、安全说明和相关文件。 Establish and update assembly instructions, process, tooling, safety instruction and related documentation for new and existing bathroom heater products in line with product definition, workmanship standards, customer or application engineering request SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES / 具体工作职责  在质量、产能、技术文件、工装和设备等方面实现产品量产。 Realize product transfers in terms of quality, capacity, technical documents, tooling and equipment etc.  准备所有设备的操作说明和安全说明书;分析和解决日常生产线设备问题;培训操作人员正确和安全地使用所有设备和工具; Prepare operating instructions and safety instructions for all equipment.

Analyse and solve equipment problem from production line on daily base.

Train operators to properly and safely use all equipment and tools.  新建和优化自制件作业指导书和工艺流程。 Establish and optimize work instructions and process for products manufactured locally.  协助生产部门解决零件、原材料和工艺方面的技术和质量问题.

Support production for technical and quality issues with piece parts, raw-materials and processes.  分析当前产能,获得满足生产需求的工具和设备。 Analyze current capacity and obtain tools and equipment to satisfy production.  通过工装和工艺评估及时实施工程变更。 Implement engineering changes timely with tooling and process assessment.  分析和解决日常生产中出现的质量问题。必要时启动防错功能。 Support production for technical and quality issues with piece parts, raw-materials and processes. Analyse and solve quality issue from production line on daily base.

Initiate mistake-proofing if necessary.  为生产人员提供必要的培训,以提高生产知识和技能。 Provide required training to production staffs to upgrade production knowledge and skill.  为其他小组提供必要的支持。 Provide necessary support for other groups.  领导安排的其他任务。 Other tasks assigned by leader. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / 教育背景及工作经历要求  机电类专业本科以上学历。 Bachler degree or above majored in mechanical and electrical  5年以上工艺工程经验。 At least 5 years' experience in process engineering.  具有相似的行业背景。 Similar industry background.  良好的英语读写能力。 Good English both in reading and writing.  熟练使用Office和Auto CAD。 Good computer skill for Microsoft Office and Auto CAD  良好的沟通能力,开朗,有创造力。 Good communication skill, open, creative.
