Job Title: Sales Account Specialist
City, Country: Guangzhou, China
Your Key Responsibilities
- Sales support : provide administrative assistance and support to sales teams by preparing samples , handling documentation, processing orders with timeliness and maintaining sales records etc
- Oversee key processes within the sales organization: break assignment into tasks, identify resources needed to complete the task efficiently and successfully, monitor and ensure good execution (project management, pricing, pre and post sales commercial activities)
- Admin support to meeting/activities arrangement, purchasing if any.

You bring
- Proven experience in sales; experience as Comercial Assistant or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- Computer literacy and in depth mastering of DSM-Firmenich systems & tools: SAP (CMIR, MDM customer, MDM material, sampling, pricing) Project master, Spire, Class, Encyclopedia, Sharepoint (and if delegated, pricing tool, demand planning, budget, LE)
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Passion and interest for Fine Fragrance market and products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English
