We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Business: CIB HBEU Technology 

Principal responsibilities

  • Design and develop clean, efficient code with coding language for Receivable Finance applications

  • Build up repository for growing a developer for Receivable Finance applications

  • Leading a development team (small size) and managing the team from engineering perspective to ensure good quality of code delivery

Qualifications

  • At least 12-14 years of technical experience in new tech stack, e.g. Java, J2EE, Spring, SQL, etc.

  • Willing to learn niche technology and fast learner

  • Experience on AS400/iSeries, Understanding RPGLE will be an advantage

  • Business knowledge in commercial bank (especially Commercial Banking IT) will be an advantage

  • Able to lead and coach junior team members

  • Fluent English speaking and professional business writing skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills and documentation skills

  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiative

  • Able to work independently and effectively under pressure

  • Able to adapt in global team culture and communication in different locations
