Your role
We are looking for someone who:

has rich knowledge and experience on day-to-day operations and familiar with local product settlement rules in both exchange, interbank and OTC market

has over 1-3 years operational knowledge and is familiar with major products in global capital market, for example Stocks; fixed income; futures; MM; IRS; Margin Financing trade; EQ SWAP & OTC derivatives

can manage queries from both external and internal clients e.g., trading counterparties, Front office, Finance, L&C, etc. She/He has to be client focus and be able to handle queries independently.

can ensure control processes like reconciliation, maker/checker principle and all internal procedures are complied with local rules and regulations and UBS internal policies. Assist manager to develop effective control standards.

is able to drive business projects and manage system change and process improvement

Your team
You will be working in the UBSS Beijing Ops team, we provide clearing and settlement support to FRC, EQ, and Global Banking; managing life cycle events for EQ OTC products; We also need to manage queries from both external and internal clients.

good sense of operational risk control

strong attention to details

You are:

excellent at teamwork and cross-team collaboration

able to handle multi tasks and prioritize

able to learn new products & rules quickly

fluent in English
