工作职责

• 负责公司品牌视频、患教视频、活动视频的策划、拍摄、剪辑及动画制作等;

• 配合内容运营,满足品牌宣传和科室需求,制定并执行全年视频拍摄计划;

• 关注国内外短视频平台玩法机制,善于捕捉视频行业流行趋势;

• 追踪热点趋势打造爆款视频;

• 投放渠道维护及分析;

• 负责协同和管理服务商,对视频素材进行质量把关和修正指导;

任职要求
1. 本科以上学历,影视制作、传媒或相关专业优先;
2. 2年以上视频拍摄、剪辑工作经验,具备独立策划、拍摄、剪辑能力,同时具备独立平台运营成功案例优先;
3. 熟练掌握视频后期软件,包括但不限于Pr, Ae, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro X等;
4. 具有较强的创意策划能力, 熟练使用ChatGPT, Midjourney等AI辅助工具,应用于脚本策划等创意工作;
5. 具有高效的视频剪辑能力,同时需要把控成片品质,以符合品牌形象;
6. 洞悉行业流行趋势,有创意有想法,敢于尝试不同类型风格的视频创作;
7. 具备较强的执行能力、团队合作能力、沟通能力,熟悉日常办公软件运用;
8. 工作积极主动,具备较强的学习、抗压能力,自驱力优秀,具备良好合作态度及团队精神。
