• Continuously find market resources, complete new supplier qualification, and expand suppliers for new projects as needed.

主动挖掘市场供应资源,完成新供应商准入,按需拓展新项目供应商。

• Sign NDA with potential suppliers, clarify technical and test requirements, send RFQs (Request for Quotation), and finalize price negotiations. 与供应商签署 NDA 协议,明确技术及测试要求,发送询价文件(RFQ),完成价格谈判。
• Discuss cooperation details with suppliers, sign cooperation contracts, and follow up on contract performance.

与供应商洽谈合作细节,签订合作合同并跟进履约情况。

• Monitor raw material price fluctuations, analyze the impact on suppliers' costs, and formulate cost control plans. 关注原材料价格波动,分析其对供应商成本的影响,制定成本管控方案。
• Continuously develop new sources of supply, promote VAVE (Value Engineering/Value Analysis), and reduce procurement costs. 持续开拓新货源,推进 VAVE(价值工程 / 价值分析),降低采购成本。
• Identify ow-cost resources and products to support the needs of affiliated companies within the group in the US, Czech Republic, South Korea, etc. 发掘优质低成本资源及产品,支援美国、捷克、韩国等集团内关联公司需求。
• Liaise with internal cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure efficient connection of all links and synchronized information. 对接内部跨部门及外部供应商,保障各环节衔接高效、信息同步。
• Track project progress, coordinate to resolve various issues during implementation, and ensure projects proceed as planned. 跟踪项目进度,协调解决推进中的各类问题,确保项目按计划推进。
• Track the progress of mold, tooling, sample production and testing throughout the process to drive projects to official mass production (SOP). 全程跟进模具、工装、样件制作及测试进度,推动项目落地至正式量产(SOP)

Requirements: 岗位要求:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related fields preferred; CET-4 or above with good listening and speaking skills. 本科及以上学历,机械相关专业优先;英语四级及以上,具备良好听说能力。
• At least 5 years of working experience in the mechanical industry, with experience in large international enterprises preferred. 5 年以上机械行业工作经验,有大型国际化企业任职经历者优先。
• Familiar with the cab and hardware field; understand the manufacturing process of metal parts (including castings, machining, sheet metal, stamping, weldments, etc.); master material properties, surface treatment processes and related cost knowledge. 熟悉驾驶室及五金领域,了解金属零部件(含铸件、机械加工、钣金、冲压、焊接件等)生产制造流程,掌握材料特性、表面处理工艺及相关成本知识。
• Possess relevant knowledge of quality management, engineering technology and project management; able to independently lead the development of suppliers for new projects and ensure successful mass production. 具备质量管理、工程技术及项目管理相关认知,能独立主导新项目供应商开发,确保项目落地量产。
• Friendly and flexible personality, practical problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills, and strong communication and negotiation abilities. 性格亲和灵活,处事有方法,善于人际交往,沟通与谈判能力良好。
• Proficient in Office software; familiar with SRM and SAP systems. 熟练操作 Office 办公软件,熟悉 SRM 及 SAP 系统。
• Able to travel for work, with business trips accounting for about 25% of working time. 可适应出差,出差占比约 25%。
