As a Key Account Manager in our Taste & Wellbeing Division, you will report to Sales Manager and explore new meat snack and foodservice customers and related processors. You will also need to provide support to current key accounts, and identify and develop new revenue opportunities with new meat snack and foodservice and key accounts. Sound interesting? In this exciting role you will:
- Develop strategic relationship with clients at both senior level and operation level, sophisticated in the working environment of Meat snack and Foodservice in China, including the complicated organization structure ,and frequent change in Foodservice.
- Identify new client opportunities in East China, develop targeted strategies with in-depth market and competitor analysis, and convert prospects into formal partners to expand the client portfolio.
- Independently develop the account sales strategy, and ADP (business development plan), initiating, planning, coordinating, leading the activities to deliver the account strategy with support from internal team.
- Achieve annual sales target, project pipeline, and WIN rate (the measurement for the winning project / the total projects engaged.) Play a project leader role in leading and motivating the cross-function team in daily work, ensure the company resource (time, HR, expense, investment) utilized effectively and efficiently.
- Pro-actively manage the internal stakeholders, ensure good alignment on project/customers.

Your professional profile includes:
· Passion to win in a challenging environment.
· Practical experience in independently developing new markets and expanding new business channels.
· Good business acumen in the selective category, preferred in Meat snack & Foodservice (Marinade, Seasoning etc.) semi-prepared dish.
· Good analytical skills to drill to the root cause.
· Resilient in the demanding sales work.
· Good organization awareness.
· Growth mindset and strong learning agility.
· 3-5 years' experience in flavor house/food ingredient/additives industry
