MES全生命周期管理:规划、二次开发、上线与优化;主导API流程设计与开发(iTAC MES优先); Stable operation and maintenance of production-related systems: MES/WMS/QMS/dashboards (Kanban), establish monitoring and alert mechanisms, and ensure rapid incident diagnosis and recovery. 生产相关系统稳定运行与运维:MES/WMS/QMS/看板等,建立监控与告警机制,故障快速定位与恢复; Database performance optimization and operations: tuning for MS SQL Server/MySQL/Oracle (indexes/queries/stored procedures), plus backup and disaster recovery. 数据库优化与运维:MS SQL Server/MySQL/Oracle的性能调优(索引/查询/存储过程)、备份与灾备; Data analytics and BI: complete requirements analysis, data modeling, and develop reports and dashboards (Power BI or FineBI), enabling real-time KPI display on production lines. 数据分析与BI:完成需求分析、数据建模、报表与看板开发(Power BI或帆软FineBI),实现生产线实时KPI展示; Interfaces and integrations: design and implement cross-system integrations (REST/HTTP, Socket, OPC UA/MQTT, etc.), ensuring consistent and secure data flows. 接口与集成:设计与实现系统间集成(REST/HTTP、Socket、OPC UA/MQTT等),保障数据流一致与安全; On-site support and knowledge management: resolve complex production line issues, organize user training, and build/maintain the IT knowledge base. 现场支持与知识沉淀:解决生产线复杂问题,组织用户培训,完善并维护IT知识库; Industry 4.0 technology evaluation and implementation: conduct scenario-based assessments and POCs, and promote the application of cloud, edge computing, and AI in manufacturing. 工业4.0技术评估与落地:结合工厂场景进行技术评估与POC,推动云、边缘计算与AI在生产中的应用; Project management: end-to-end delivery from requirements to go-live, with schedule and quality control; perform vendor management as needed. 项目管理:从需求到上线的闭环管理,进度与质量把控,必要时进行供应商管理。 Qualifications 任职资格: Full-time bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years working. experience in manufacturing industry

全日制本科及以上学历,5年以上制造行业工作经验; At least 3 years MES implementation experience.

3年以上的MES实施经验; At least 3 years of C# development experience.

3年以上的C#开发经验; Proficient in PLC and client development is preferred.

精通PLC与客户端的开发优先; Have HTML,CSS,javaScript, Python/pl development skills. 有HTML,CSS, javaScript,Python/pl 开发技术; Experience in auto parts industry is preferred.

有汽车零部件行业经验优先; Experience in AI applications in factory settings. 具备工厂 AI 应用经验者优先; Have a good logical thinking system, logical clarity, attention to details, good team spirit and communication skills.

具备良好的逻辑思维体系,逻辑清晰,注重细节,良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力; Good English communication skill is preferred.

良好的英语沟通能力优先。
