This position oversees general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivables & collections, billing, management and statutory reporting, treasury, internal control, tax, and asset management.

• Responsible for the overall integrity of the financial results for NBA in Greater China - Manage and oversee day-day-day operations of general ledger, treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collection, billing, royalty accounting - Reconcile and analyze all account balances - Perform monthly sub-ledger to General Ledger reconciliation's for all accounts; - Analyze account balances and fluctuations from month to month - Ensure all account balances can be supported based on GAAP and NBA policies - Prepare, analyze and compile operational explains for P/L and B/S versus Budget, and Year-to-Date  Responsible for driving automation of processes and process excellence
• Responsible for having/ensuring strong internal controls are in place
• Responsible for ensuring that adequate internal controls are maintained - Draft financial policies and procedures to ensure consistent application of accounting rules and have documentation on hand detailing how and why accounting decisions were reached
• Communicate and reinforce corporate policies and procedures throughout NBA in Greater China
• Responsible for Tax/Treasury Operations and Statutory Filings
• Interface with Internal/External auditors and ensure local statutory filings are completed in a timely manner.
• Ensure withholding tax compliance for CHOPS HK
• Prepare state and local income tax returns, and ensure timely payment - Develop good relationships with government tax authority
• Treasury management, control and cash flow forecasting
• Responsible for Asset Management (Working Capital)
• Monitor WIP levels and ensure that WIP is minimized;
• Monitor A/R and other amounts due from customers, and recommend and implement action to drive cash collections and reduce past dues
• Enforce fixed asset tagging control system and monitor the movement of fixed assets
• Lead the implementation of the tax withholding project
• Supervise and manage work assignments of direct report
• Ad hoc projects as required
