  • Manage the performance of on-site technicians of all MCAPS sites;
  • Monitor and maintain the M&E systems including HVAC, BMS, fire suppression system, CRAC, chiller plant, UPS etc.
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards across all office operations and projects. Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments, implement corrective actions, maintain emergency preparedness plans, and provide EHS training to staff and contractors. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to promote a safe, sustainable, and regulatory-compliant workplace.
  • Manage end-to-end office space projects, including but not limited to office relocation, renovation, lease-end reinstatement, and downsizing. Oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality, and EHS compliance; develop project plans and milestones; coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors (design, construction, procurement, property management, and regulatory approvals); control risks and changes; and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with proper handover and acceptance.
  • Liaise with Landlord/BMO on their M&E provisions to the client;
  • Provide technical advice/recommendations and take lead to resolve technical issues;
  • Monitoring vendors performance, including planned preventive maintenance and project construction for the site;
  • Managed all outsourced service contracts, including inspections and quality management of service delivery;
  • Ensure compliance with all of clients' policies and procedures;
  • Ensure compliance with all local governmental regulations and legislations;
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing seamless interface into client's representatives.
  • Ensure the effective completion of all incidental reports;
  • Engage in the compilation and delivery the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to client.
