该职位来源于猎聘 Mission/Purpose of the JobTo take full responsibility for the completion of the assigned projects, including CIP, IC orginal, PC project and customer JDP.As initial point of contact for technical issues for assigned key customers, OEM and site teams, ensuring projects are communicated appropriately through the whole lifetime, from project kick-off to completion in lab and onsite evaluation.To develop project design improvements, project quality improvement, cost reduction, enhanced functionality & reliability and provide support to target of assigned project.To define the scope of new requirements in project, communicating with Applications Team, Technical Support and Site Team, Product Management, Local product specialists and Global resources (HC, PC and other ICs)To provide engineering support for project specific products, eg DP, Abatement, STP, CTIP, customized facilities and equipment's Main ResponsibilitiesBroad ActivitiesCommunication with Applications Team, Technical Support and Site Team, Product Management, Local product specialists and Global resources (HC, PC and other ICs) regarding new requirements and technical issues related to IC projects.Take full responsibility for the completion of the assigned projects and support other IC projects, including CIP, IC orginal, PC project and customer JDP with qualify ensured.To provide engineering support for project specific products, eg DP, Abatement, STP, CTIP, customized facilities and equipmentsIC Contact window for technical issues for assigned key customers, OEM and site teams, ensuring projects are communicated appropriately through the whole lifetime, from project kick-off to completion in lab and onsite evaluation.Control project quality through project design improvements, project quality improvement, cost reduction, enhanced functionality & reliability and provide support to target of assigned project.Support IC on the compliance of ISO 9001/14001/45001 and CNAS as needed through daily job or assigned taskFor IC project specific product (for example DP, Abatement, STP, CTIP, customized facilities and equipments):Specification of sub-assembliesElectro-mechanical system integrationCost reduction and function improvement activities on existing common assembliesDefine Test Plan (Design of Experiment needed)Risk Assessment of projectControl cost of projectProcurement of project related materials, tools and componentsTesting of equipment and subsystemsReliability testingReport WritingProject Result Uncertainty assessment as neededPreparation of technical construction documentsCreation of Bill of MaterialsDevelopment of test specificationsComponents selection and integrationField Evaluation SupportPatent file is preferable Qualifications/Education/Certifications: Good Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic or Automation based Engineering degree, other engineering qualifications depending on experience. Master Degree is preferred PMP or NPDP will be advantage Experience: >2 years' experience within a multidisciplinary engineering environment if good background.>5 years' experience within a multidisciplinary engineering environment is preferred. System Engineering with an electrical/electronic base is preferred. Technical experience in Semiconductor OEM is preferred Project management experience preferred
