Responsibilities
Develop the company's vacuum coating technology development strategy and roadmap to maintain industry-leading technical position;

Identify emerging technology trends, evaluate their impact on the company's products and operations, and propose corresponding innovation plans.

Lead cross-departmental teams to develop new products and processes, ensuring projects meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines;

Oversee the entire process from concept to commercialization, optimize manufacturing processes, and enhance product performance and reliability.

Build and manage the R&D team, responsible for recruitment, training, and performance management to improve overall R&D capabilities;

Motivate team members, promote an innovation culture, and improve R&D efficiency and project success rates.

Represent the company in industry conferences, exhibitions, and academic forums, maintaining good technical communication with partners, clients, and research institutes;

Establish innovative cooperation models with universities and research institutions to promote the transformation of technological achievements.

Ensure all R&D processes and products meet relevant quality standards and industry norms, with strict quality control and testing;

Participate in audits, certifications, and compliance inspections to ensure products and processes meet customer and legal requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.

Over 8 years of R&D experience in CVD, PVD, electronic materials, or related industries;

Successful experience in technical strategy planning, product development, and team management;

International project cooperation experience and cross-cultural communication skills are required.

Excellent analytical skills, familiar with advanced material characterization and testing methods;

Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;

Fluent in Chinese and English communication, capable of handling multinational collaborations;

Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
