About the role

We're looking for a Communication Designer to join Flowith's Marketing team. You'll work closely with leadership and designers to bring Flowith's visual identity to life across marketing touchpoints — ranging from launch visuals and product promos to event posters and campaign materials. Your main focus will be on executing visual assets that align with our brand guidelines and marketing strategy, helping us tell compelling stories across global markets.

This is a great opportunity for a designer with a strong visual eye, solid execution skills, and a passion for shaping how a next-gen AI product connects with its audience.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver marketing visuals such as campaign assets, product launch materials, event posters, pitch decks, and social content — ensuring consistency with Flowith's brand identity
  • Follow and implement the brand system developed by our Brand Lead, maintaining visual consistency across channels and assets
  • Collaborate with marketers, content creators, and product teams to understand project goals and translate them into effective visuals
  • Assist in light motion graphics or animation (nice to have), particularly for product and brand storytelling
  • Stay up to date with visual trends in tech and AI, applying fresh and relevant design language in your work
  • Organize and manage design files and timelines to ensure smooth and timely delivery of all assets
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in communication design, graphic design, or brand design—ideally in tech, media, or fast-moving startups
  • Strong portfolio showcasing visual design work for marketing or brand purposes (digital campaigns, social assets, posters, launch visuals, etc.)
  • Proficiency in key design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop (Motion Design ability is a plus)
  • Good understanding of layout, typography, and color in building compelling visuals
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with execution under deadlines
  • A collaborative mindset—you're comfortable working with different teams and iterating based on feedback
  • Curiosity and openness to working with new tools (including AI-driven design tools or workflows)
