Mission:
Decathlon China is looking for an intern to assist the CEO Office in creating and implementing effective internal communication initiatives that align with the company's strategy, enhance employee engagement, ultimately driving transparency and collaboration within the organization.
Job Responsibility:
● Assist in the development and implementation of internal communication strategies and plans.
● Support the creation and distribution of internal newsletters, emails, and other communication materials.
● Support the development of engaging content, such as articles, videos, and infographics, to enhance internal communication.
● Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and effective communication across the organization.
● Assist in the creation and maintenance of internal communication guidelines and best practices.
● Help manage the company intranet (China Portal, Corporate wechat) to ensure timely updates.
● Gather and analyze feedback from employees to identify communication needs and areas for improvement.

任职要求
Requirements: ● Excellent bilingual writing skills in both Chinese and English, with professional interpretation skills is a plus.
● Excellent design/graphic skills with a refined aesthetic sensibility. Highly skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides, Video and photo editing skills is a plus.
● Skilled in internal cross-departmental communication and coordination within the company, good interpersonal and communication skills.
● Experience in sports or consumer brand first-party companies preferred.
● Minimum 3 days per week, for at least 6 months.
Education and Experience:
● Major in digital marketing, journalism, public management, advertising, media, or communications.
● Previous experience in a similar position in an international company is preferred.
