About Us
Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan—the global delivery giant—is on a mission to transform food and consumer product delivery worldwide. With our core belief: "We help people eat better, live better," we're taking innovation to the global stage. Our story began in 2023 in Hong Kong, China, where we became an industry leader in under a year. Building on that momentum, we entered Saudi Arabia in 2024 and soon expanded to over 20 cities. In 2025, we accelerated further, launching in Qatar, Kuwait, and the UAE within a remarkable 40-day span. This was followed by our entry into Brazil, progressing from a pilot in Santos and São Vicente to an official launch in São Paulo, with more destinations ahead.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the onboarding process for partners and vendors: Support qualification checks and compliance document reviews of merchants or fleet vendors; Track and update the approval progress of each partner. 2. Assist in contract documentation: Help organize and verify contract content; support legal or ops teams with clause reviews; Archive and monitor the contract signing process. 3. Help build and track conversion funnel data across different partner onboarding stages; Conduct structured analysis on partner approval metrics (e.g. conversion rate, review cycle). 4. Multilingual support: Facilitate communication with Arabic-speaking partners through translation and interpretation assistance.

What We Need From You

  • Language: Arabic proficiency (in speaking, reading, or writing); trilingual in Arabic, English, and Chinese is a strong plus. 2. Education: Majors in Operations, Legal Studies, Market Research, or Business Analysis preferred. 3. Basic data analysis skills preferred. 4. Understanding of contracts or interest in legal/process ops preferred. 5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and logical.
