该职位来源于猎聘 Part—Time Job: Job Summary As the Marketing Communications Manager for TEMPUR China, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing comprehensive yearly plan on public relations, social media and events. Your role is crucial in enhancing TEMPUR's luxury brand image, managing media relations, and executing large - scale offline events like expos or brand collaboration. Through cross functional collaboration, this role is critical to drive cultural relevance and national reach for the brand, support the sustainable growth of our business through impactful brand & product storytelling, as well as foster stronger relations with external stakeholders, including brand ambassadors, athletes, celebrities, and media, etc. We are actively seeking passionate candidates who are eager to contribute their enthusiasm and expertise to join our dynamic team and pursuing "better sleep for everyone, every night, around the world". 2. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Rednote, Douyin, etc.) to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and build a loyal community.
- Create and curate high - quality, engaging content including text, images, videos, and infographics that align with TEMPUR's brand values and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze metrics (such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates), and use insights to optimize social media efforts. Respond to user comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Manage agency daily execution and review performance.
Public Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media partners, including journalists, editors, and influencers in the lifestyle, fashion, home, and health - related industries.
- Develop and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to promote TEMPUR brand & product stories, and corporate initiatives.
- Plan and organize media and co-brand events such as press conferences, media briefings, and product launches. Coordinate interviews for company spokespersons and ensure accurate media coverage.
- Track and analyze media coverage to measure the effectiveness of PR efforts. Provide regular reports on media exposure, sentiment analysis, and key messaging penetration. Event Management
- Take full - scale responsibility for the planning, organization, and execution of offline events, i.e. expos, co-brand events etc. This includes defining event objectives, target audiences, and overall themes.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) and external partners (vendors, contractors, event agencies) to ensure seamless event execution.
- Develop event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost - effectiveness. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and partners to secure the best possible terms.
- Create event marketing and communication plans to maximize event visibility and impact. This includes promoting the event through social media, email marketing, and PR efforts.
- On - site, oversee event operations, manage staff and volunteers, and handle any issues or emergencies that may arise.
- After the event, conduct a comprehensive evaluation of event performance, gather feedback from attendees and partners, and use insights to improve future events. 3. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in PR / digital / advertising agency is a plus.
- Proven track record in PR, event management, and social media marketing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Experience in the home, bedding, or consumer goods industry is preferred. Have a keen understanding of the media and social landscapes in China.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese for effective communication in a multicultural environment.
- Very strong attention to detail and time management
