We're looking for a creative, proactive, and versatile Social Media Manager & Content Creator to amplify our brand across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit. This remote part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a talented marketing team to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation through social media, and engage our target audience across global markets.

Role Breakdown:

Content Creation & Editing (70%)

Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas aligned with our brand identity and tone of voice for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit.

Create, shoot, and edit short-form videos in English (using CapCut or similar tools).

Design visuals and graphics for posts, stories, and reels (using Canva or similar tools).

Content & Community Management (30%)

Schedule content across all platforms.

Write engaging captions and copy for posts.

Monitor social media trends and performance metrics.

Respond to audience engagement as needed.

Collaborate with the SEO specialist and publish articles written by copywriters on the website.

Support the Head of Marketing in executing organic marketing campaigns.

Required Skills:

Must-have:
- Fluent in English and confident in creating video content – this is essential, as video is central to our content strategy.
- Fast learner, proactive, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment: we're looking for someone who takes initiative and communicates promptly without the need for constant follow-up.

Proven experience in social media content creation and management.

Strong eye for design and attention to detail; proficient in Canva or similar tools.

Skilled in CapCut or other short-form video editing tools.

Knowledge of social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices.

Creative, adaptable, and able to brainstorm innovative content ideas.

Extra Plus:

Familiarity with analytics tools or experience in community management.

Experience applying to top universities or familiarity with the college admissions process.
