Technical IT Systems Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing IT systems to improve business functionality and productivity. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in systems analysis, preferably in a technical IT environment
- Knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency with SQL, databases, networks, and operating systems
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and tools (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in ITIL, Agile, or relevant technical field (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect)
- Experience with cybersecurity principles and practices
- Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Prior experience in project management or business analysis
