Business System Analyst

We are developing an advanced Anti-Fraud platform for Forex brokers. Our solution operates in real time to detect suspicious patterns and prevent fraudulent activities, ensuring a secure and trustworthy trading environment for clients worldwide.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and translate their needs into detailed requirements for technical solutions.

• Design technical concepts and propose system solutions, ensuring they are feasible, scalable, and aligned with architecture standards

• Document the designed technical solution, including system flows, integration points, data models, APIs, and logic specifications.

• Actively participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance (QA) activities to ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Work closely with development teams to ensure that technical solutions are aligned with business requirements.

• Analyze existing systems and business processes to pinpoint areas for improvement and optimization.

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather requirements and elicit business needs.

• Document business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications clearly and concisely.

【Requirements】

• Experience in describing APls and processes (sequence diagrams, XSD, JSON-schema).

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Business / System Analyst / Technical Product Manager or in a similar role, with a strong grasp of systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for analyzing complex issues and proposing effective solutions.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.

• Good command of Python programming language; experience with Databricks and analytical databases (e.g., ClickHouse) will be considered an advantage.

【Nice to have】

• Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.

• Familiarity with business process management (BPM) tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Bizagi.

• 具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力,善于分析复杂问题并提出有效的解决方案。

• 能够在快节奏、动态的环境中独立或协作工作。

• 了解敏捷或瀑布等软件开发方法论。

• 具备出色的沟通和人际交往能力,能够有效地与组织各层级的相关方互动。

• 具备 SQL 和关系型数据库的实际操作经验。

• 熟练掌握 Python 编程语言;有 Databricks 和分析型数据库(如 ClickHouse)经验者优先考虑。
