Responsibilities

  • Conduct lab activities related to reactive sealant to support polybutadiene business growth in APAC region.
  • Perform lab tests strictly following SOP to ensure standardized operations and accurate test results. Provide comprehensive testing report in English upon completion.
  • Record all raw test data in designated laboratory notebooks to ensure data integrity and traceability.
  • Daily management of lab equipment to ensure proper functioning and execute regular calibration plans to maintain measurement accuracy and reliability.
  • Manage lab samples in compliance with established procedures, including receipt, labeling, storage, disposal and delivery.
  • Serve as a reliable backup for other product platforms within AC when necessary, providing technical assistance and support.
  • Implement ISO and ESHQ regulations to ensure lab operations meet safety and environmental requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering or similar
  • More than 3 years working experience with PUR system or sealant. Experience in liquid polybutadiene applications is considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong team spirit
  • Initiative and independent
  • Good English language skills in both oral and writing
