Provide process engineering support to manufacturing independently, with emphasis on process improvement and optimization aimed at increasing productivity, enhancing quality and efficiency, improving yield and reducing unit cost.

The Impact You'll Make in this Role

§ Establish and document processes, and monitor when necessary to ensure process reliability independently;

§ Continue to optimize manufacturing process by using statistical control and process designed experimentation to enhance manufacturing operation;

§ Troubleshoot process problems, recommend and implement solutions, monitor the implementation and assess the result;

§ Adapt techniques and methods to develop process quality control methods for use by operators/technicians to ensure consistent quality product;

§ Train and improve technical skills of production personnel;

§ Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Your Skills and Expertise

§ Bachelor's degree or above with major in Mechanical engineering/ automation or other related disciplines;

§ 5+ years related working experience in a manufacturing environment;

§ Familiar with mechanical design, ability to apply related process engineering knowledge and skills to improve process and quality;

§ Fluent English communication skill both in written and oral;

§ Good PC skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

§ Coating/Slitting and Rotary process experience is preferred

§ Healthcare industry experience is preferred;

§ Quality engineering knowledge is preferred;

§ Statistical process control knowledge is preferred;

§ Related product knowledge is preferred

§ 5年以上制造行业相关工作经验;

§ 熟悉机械设计,能运用相关工艺工程的知识和经验,改进工艺和质量;

§ 流利的英语听说读写能力;

§ 良好的计算机操作技能。

§ 具备涂布/切割/模切行业经验者优先

§ 医疗行业工作经验者优先;

§ 具备质量工程知识者优先;

§ 具备工艺控制知识者优先;

§ 具备相关产品知识者优先.
