负责指定区域内的销售策略制定与执行,完成公司下达的年度销售指标。
开拓新客户(直销能力), 维护现有客户关系,提升市场份额。
渠道管理
管理区域内经销商网络,制定渠道政策,监督经销商合规运营并完成销售目标。
协助经销商进行终端客户开发及学术推广活动。
市场分析
收集区域市场动态(竞品信息、政策变化、客户需求),反馈至公司市场部,优化产品策略。
客户支持
协同技术团队为客户提供专业解决方案,推动项目成交。处理客户投诉,协调售后资源,提升客户满意度。
合规与团队协作
确保销售过程符合公司合规政策及行业法规(如反商业贿赂、医疗器械法规)。
协助总部开展区域展会、学术会议等市场活动。
团队管理
培养团队新人,区域带教,确保团队协作完成所属区域的KPI。
有效识别区域人才,建立高效的团队分工与架构。
1. 教育背景
本科及以上学历,医学检验、生物技术、市场营销、商务管理等相关专业优先。
2. 工作经验
6年以上医疗行业(诊断设备、试剂、IVD、影像设备等)销售经验,3年以上区域管理经验。
有成熟医院客户资源或经销商网络者优先。
3. 技能要求
熟悉医疗诊断行业市场特点及销售模式(直销/经销)。
具备较强的商务谈判能力、市场分析能力及客户管理能力。
能适应高频出差(覆盖区域内重点城市)。
