Search Engine Marketing Manager

About the Role
We are expecting a Search Marketing expert specializing in Paid Search optimization and SEO. The candidate should have strong data analytical skills, outstanding business acumen and excellent learning ability to understand our target market and products in order to improve our Google Paid Search and SEO performance.
The candidate will be responsible for delivering overseas search marketing strategy to meet our goal for Paid Search and SEO.
Responsibilities
- Deliver overseas search marketing strategy to meet our goal for Paid Search and SEO.
- Translate search engine marketing into meaningful communication with product manager group to identify, develop, and implement effective search marketing plans.
- Collaborate with product manager group to deliver accurate and attractive search marketing content to customers.
- Understand our customer and product deeply to optimize the keywords from the perspective of customer searching behavior and habit.
- Identify key indicators of search marketing, build up dashboard to monitor and analyze the data, and take appropriate action.
- Analyze our customer behavior on our website to improve search marketing accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
- Evaluate progress and results regarding search performance activities and goal attainment to summarize the successful experience and build up effective optimization model.
- Manage expense forecasting and billing to ensure quality and accuracy.
- May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree majored in (digital) marketing or biotechnology related majors.
- 5+ years Search Marketing experience with demonstrated achievements.
- CET6 at least. Good TOEFL or IELTS score is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google reporting and diagnostic tools.
- Strong analytical expertise collecting and interpreting the data to make solid action plans.
- Ability to build good partnerships with colleagues.
